Hospitality Pros Reign As Winter Carnival King And Queen

Two active members of the Twin Cities hospitality community were crowned King Boreas and Queen of the Snows at the 2008 St. Paul Winter Carnival.

Brooke Stoeckel, Queen of the Snows, is a sales manager for Visit Minneapolis North and is involved in the Minnesota chapter of Meeting Professionals International.

Bill Foussard, King Boreas, runs Foussard Hospitality, Inc, which manages the Super 8 motel in Golden Valley. Foussard also chairs "Explore White Bear," a volunteer group promoting the greater White Bear Area and he is on the board of the White Bear Lake Marketfest and Manitou Days organizations and the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce.
