Green, Gold & Glamour 2016 MPI Wisconsin Awards Gala
Green Bay, WI – It’s time to celebrate our members, volunteers and chapter accomplishments! Wednesday, September 14th we will do just that at Lambeau Field for the MPI-WI Awards Gala. We will be honoring Alison Huber, CMP, as she joins MPI-Wisconsin’s Hall of Fame. Hall of Famers are those who have shown years of dedication to the MPI-Wisconsin Chapter and Alison has done just this by serving as a board member, supplier and planner in our industry. On her accomplishment, Alison said “I’m honored to be joining a wonderful group of MPI Wisconsin leaders and volunteers in the chapter’s Hall of Fame. To be recognized by my industry peers for my involvement with the chapter is very special and I am excited to celebrate at Lambeau Field!”
The event will begin with a very unique and highly entertaining education session. We welcome Charlie Millerwise, Delaware North Sportservice GM, and Chef Heath Barbato of Delaware North Sportservice, for ”Stadium Foodservice, From Hot Dogs to Haute Cuisine.” Ballparks and Stadiums have long been known for warm beer and soggy hot dogs. While the perception still lingers, the reality is that the nation’s stadiums have evolved into world class culinary operations. This session will illustrate how the trend has changed and provide insight into how the Team at Lambeau Field handles 80,000 guests in their proverbial dining room during the Packers Football Season.
After the education session, freshen up and get ready for a fantastic night of Green, Gold and Glamour in the Legends Club Room. A reception with silent auction will kick off the evening followed by dinner, the awards ceremony and the live auction.
The Golden Ticket – back by popular demand! In addition to our silent auction, you can purchase the Golden Ticket for the live auction. A limited amount of these special tickets will be sold. You can purchase with your registration or on site, but once they are gone…they are gone!
Join us following the awards ceremony for a tradition MPI-WI likes to call the Afterglow – this year themed Casino Night! Complete with craps, blackjack, and roulette, the excitement will continue even after the main event has concluded. All attendees will receive $500 in play money and fabulous raffle prizes will be awarded at the end of the night!
