Chocolat Céleste Introduces New “Kids Create Art” Chocolates

Chocolat Céleste, gourmet chocolate company, is introducing a new line of bonbons featuring children’s designs; “Kids Create Art” available June 1, 2008.  Mary Leonard, chocolatier and owner at Chocolat Céleste, wanted to create a fun new line to spread the joy and experience of gourmet chocolate. Maintaining its tradition of award-winning recipes and artistic designs Chocolat Céleste, again brings customers an exceptional one-of-a-kind chocolate experience.
 
Art designs from four Highland Park, MN, area catholic schools (Highland Catholic, Holy Spirit, Nativity, and Saint Marks) were invited to submit.  Students in grades k-5 were asked to draw pets for this contest.  A panel of judges will select four drawings that will become the first of Chocolat Celeste’s “Kids Create Art” chocolates on April 30. Kids Create Art bonbons will be available for purchase June 1 with a portion of the sales being donated to the four schools.
 
Kid’s Create Art bonbons will make the perfect gift to anybody that is a kid at heart.  The bonbons will be done in four flavors including our decadent chocolate cream and a new peanut butter bonbon. Each bittersweet ganache filled premium dark chocolate bonbon is hand made with fresh whipped cream, butter and imported chocolate by chocolatiers who are passionate about creating chocolates with quality, charm, perfection, and freshness.
