Lurra Cocina
Restaurant Convenience
For smaller gatherings, we recommend Lurra Cocina, a new contemporary restaurant that specializes in Spanish cuisine with a modern twist. With delicious food and drink onsite, it’s a convenient venue for petite or last-minute holiday parties. You’ll also love large windows and the sliding shipping container doors that close off the event space.

The Riverwalk Hub
Great Views
If you’re looking for the best views in town, The Riverwalk Hub is the spot. With its unique shape and floor-to-ceiling windows, it’s an award-winning exhibit of architecture that sits along the west bank of the Des Moines River. The centralized Des Moines location makes getting there super easy.

The Urban Aesthetic
The Culinary Loft at the Social Club is located in the heart of downtown with easy access to parking, hotels and other local amenities. It features a state-of-the-art kitchen and wet bar with two full walls of window for spectacular views. The modern industrial space creates a neutral backdrop for any style of décor. The Social Club also offers a variety or other spaces available to rent at a variety of price points including an art gallery, smaller party rooms, a black box theater and a basement bar.

NOAH’S
The Blank Slate
If you’re looking for a blank slate, we recommend NOAH’S event space, which is located in West Des Moines. This venue offers large banquet rooms with an abundance of natural light, wood floors and a neutral color scheme. Their open vendor policy allows you to customize any design you want to fit your style and budget. They also offer smaller event spaces for more intimate gatherings.
