$2.8 Million Oshkosh Convention Center Renovation Unveiled

The $2.8 million newly renovated Oshkosh Convention Center will be having its official grand opening on March 9.  A ribbon cutting, dedication ceremony and tours of the transformed Convention Center will commemorate the occasion.      

The $2.8 million renovated Center is equipped with the best in audio technology. One special component to this is the state-of-the-art Hearing Loop.  This system transmits the PA sound directly and wirelessly to hearing aids equipped with T-coils, and thus to the ears of the hearing impaired listener without background noise interference.  The Oshkosh Convention Center is the first convention center in Wisconsin that is equipped with this technology, making a statement in the meeting and event facility market.
