Event Location #1: Shoreview Community Center

Shoreview, Minnesota is located 20 minutes northeast of downtown Minneapolis, and 15 minutes northwest of downtown St. Paul.

Event Location Amenities

Indoor playground, Tropics indoor water park, fitness center, free wireless internet access, guests can purchase a daily pass to other community center amenities; take advantage of a lunch-break workout or an after-seminar fitness class. Shoreview Commons, a 40-acre park located behind the community center featuring:  football/soccer field, hard court/basketball area, walking paths, playground equipment, picnic shelter with 3 tables, grill, 2 tennis courts, 2 ball fields. SweetRoll Skate Park, a tier-one skating facility, located on the north side of the Shoreview Community Center with access to Shoreview's 41 miles of paved trails.

Function Space

Banquet space, ballrooms and meeting facilities seating up to 300. Separate meeting rooms for smaller sessions.

Event Catering

Coffee and continental breakfast service is available. Alcohol service available with in-house provider. Open catering requiring licensed caterer for kitchen use.

Event Location #2: New Brighton Community Center

New Brighton, Minnesota is located 15 minutes northeast of downtown Minneapolis and 15 minutes northwest of downtown St. Paul.

Outdoor seating and lovely landscaped patio set up specific to your needs, bright rooms with large windows, audio visual equipment, microphone system in large meeting room, internet access, large dance floor, portable bar, stage, sound system, microphone and commercial kitchen.

Function Space

The Family Service Center offers a variety of meeting room options to accommodate 10 - 250 people. Wide number of rooms available, allowing for breakout sessions. Reasonable rates. Discounted rates available for conferences and multiple bookings.

Coffee break service available, flexible catering options including:  Big Ten Catering, Classic Catering, Green Mill Catering and Big Louie’s Bar & Grill (designated alcohol vendor).

Event Location #3: Mounds View Community Center

Mounds View, Minnesota is located 20 minutes north of downtown Minneapolis and 20 minutes northwest of downtown St. Paul.

Event Location Amenities

Gym with 6-hoop basketball court and 2 separate indoor volleyball courts with nets, pads and referee stands; fitness room with cardio machines and weights; free wireless internet access; playland; free parking, 1,900 square foot wood dance floor.

Function Space

Multiple meeting rooms, full banquet center with accommodations up to 350 guests, numerous breakout rooms, spacious kitchen amenities, affordable rates with additional savings for non-profits.
