The Westin Snowmass Resort’s $55 million remodel one month ahead of schedule

SNOWMASS VILLAGE — Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. today announced that The Westin Snowmass Resort will open a month ahead of schedule with November 15, 2012 confirmed as the new opening date. The early completion of the $55 million renovation will allow the resort to open just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and opening day of the ski season. In addition, adjacent to the Westin Resort, the completely remodeled 153-room Wildwood Snowmass will re-open this winter.
