The 127-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Eagan, Minn., is set to open. Continental 390 Fund owns the 127-suite Residence Inn Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan, which is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality of Plano, Texas.
Located in Central Park Commons, 8 miles from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul, the hotel offers its guests access to the Mall of America and Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center — the new home of the Minnesota Vikings.
“We are pleased to introduce Residence Inn hotels in the Eagan area,” Diane Mayer, VP and global brand manager at Residence Inn, said in a statement. “When on the road for an extended period, our guests need space to spread out, maintain their life’s pace and restore their energy to help them maintain a healthy balance and routine while traveling. This new hotel offers them a seamless blend of modern style and functionality that allows them to settle in and thrive.”
