At The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, the New Year will bring with it a new look, according to the hotel, which yesterday announced plans to renovate its public areas - including its lobby and its 13,000 square feet of meeting space.
Slated to begin the first week of January and conclude in mid-March, the renovation will reimagine the 202-room hotel's lobby to include a new lounge area where guests will be able to relax amid locally created works of art. New lighting, upholstery, wall coverings, furniture, and Colorado-inspired décor also will grace the updated lobby.
Meanwhile, the hotel's Plaza Level - encompassing its two ballrooms, six breakout rooms, grand staircase, and pre-function corridors - will be refined with a new color palette, as well as new lighting, wall coverings, upholstery, furniture, and artwork.
Reports the hotel, the "concept for the highly-anticipated overhaul draws on Denver's adventurous spirit and contemporary architecture offering a combination of clean urban details complemented by images often seen in nature."
