D'Amico Catering Takes Over at Edinburgh USA with New Renovations, Services & Restaurant

D’Amico Catering, one of the most influential catering operators in the Twin Cities, was just selected to manage food and event services at Edinburgh USA golf course in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Edinburgh USA is one of the top public golf courses in the country, one of only two courses in Minnesota designed by world renowned architect, Robert Trent Jones II.

The Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority, which owns the clubhouse, approved this new service agreement with D’Amico after a competitive selection process, investing $1.5 million in clubhouse renovations, with design efforts led by D'Amico.

The clubhouse restaurant, open to the public and club members, was just transformed into D’Amico’s newest concept, The Brooklyn. The clubhouse entry space and banquet rooms, where meetings and events of all types will be held, were also renovated. The clubhouse is modeled after a Scottish manor and features over 10,000 square feet of event space.
