Potawatomi Bingo Casino will change its name this summer to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino to reflect its new hotel, it said Wednesday in a news release.
The $150 million, 381-room hotel is expected to open in fall. It broke ground in July 2012 next to the casino. It will feature a full-service restaurant, lobby bar, exercise area and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
Potawatomi originally opened in 1991 as Potawatomi Bingo and added the “casino” part when it expanded its gaming offerings in 1993.
