ASHWAUBENON, Wisconsin — The Oneida Casino is adding more restaurants to its properties in Green Bay and Ashwaubenon (ash-WAH'-beh-non) as part of its $28 million renovation and expansion.
At the casino attached to the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, the Oneida will add a bar and grill named for legendary Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi. It will include memorabilia from the Lombardi family's private collection. Boar's Head deli, Dick Clark's American Bandstand Express and Chicken Fry Fry will also be added at the Ashwaubenon casino. Countryville Bar & Grill is planned for the Green Bay casino.
Press-Gazette Media (http://gbpg.net/IEVqT1 ) says the restaurants will be managed by Ovations food service of Lutz, Florida, which works with 14 other tribes nationwide.
