Marin, the new restaurant in Le Meridien Hotel on Ninth Street and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, is set to open June 23.
Executive Chef Mike Rakun, who runs Mill Valley Kitchen in St. Louis Park, promises a California-cuisine-based menu that's "responsibly sourced," "tastes great" and "should leave the diner feeling wonderful." Menu items will include nutritional information, according to a news release.
The restaurant replaces D'Amico Kitchen, which closed in January.
