Johnson Controls to sponsor former Potawatomi stage at Summerfest

Johnson Controls is taking over sponsorship of Summerfest's former Potawatomi Bingo Casino Stage and will give the stage a new name, Summerfest officials announced Thursday.

The stage, near the festival's Mid-Gate, will feature a mix of acts including R&B, blues, world beat and soul - similar to the stage's focus in previous years.

Summerfest spokeswoman Jess Meiller said the name of the stage will be revealed later.
