Baltimore-based Paragon previously announced that a 28,000-square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th discount store will anchor the project. And at the groundbreaking ceremony in June, the company announced 16 more retailers, including Brooks Brothers, Coach, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren and Nike.
Twin Cities at Eagan will be an open-air mall with approximately 100 shops.
Paragon also has built outlet mall projects in the Dallas and San Francisco markets, and is currently developing another one in the Bronx borough of New York City. Paragon's principals previously were top executives at Prime Retail, a leading outlet mall developer bought by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. for $2.33 billion in 2009.
Simon Property Group Inc.'s outlet division, now known as Premium Outlets, also has a financial stake in the Eagan project.
