Certified Special Events Planner The CSEP designation is awarded by the International Special Events Society (ISES) and its Certification Committee.

CIC’s: Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Individuals who are currently employed in meeting management have the opportunity to pursue continuing education, increase their industry involvement, and gain industry-wide recognition by achieving the CMP designation.

CIC’s Accepted Practices Exchange (APEX) An initiative of the Convention Industry Council that is bringing together all stakeholders in the development and implementation of industry-wide accepted practices to create and enhance efficiencies throughout the meetings, conventions and exhibitions industry.
